Drumming and physical practice involve inherent risks, including but not limited to repetitive strain injuries, muscle strain, hearing damage, and equipment-related injuries.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Drumfuzzled LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drumfuzzled LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
